    I could give you a hand if it's not too advanced. I've used C and C++ for about a year now.

    I live on campus, drop me a PM if you're interested.

    where are you having the problems exactly? Is it C++ specific or about programming in general, or Object Oriented Programming? If you said which module you're taking or year / course you're in it could help.

    also, the guys over in the programming forum here on boards are often very helpful.

    May I recommend asking question on USENET's comp.lang.c++? http://groups.google.com/group/comp.lang.c++/

    I would ask questions in such newsgroups back when I got started and it greatly helped. Although it mostly taught me that most answers to my C related questions were in the ISO-drafted C99 specification.

    I'd also suggest picking up the Deitel & Deitel C++ book in the library. It's pretty much indispensable and covers both basic and advanced topics in a clear and concise way. It also has plenty of exercises to make sure you understand what they're showing you.
