Have fecked up my shoulder and need a heating pad or hot water bottle, unfortunatly seems to be the wrong time of year to get one, anyone spot one in shops recently?

You can get a microwaveable bean bag thing in most chemists! Pulled muscles in my shoulder and find it great!

You could also try a heat lamp.

Hot water bottles can be bought in chemists like Sam McCauleys, you should be able to get heat pads in any chemist as well.

Hunted one down eventually, thanks :) Just weird I tried 5 different chemists that day and none of them had any in stock.
