Ok I bought a remote control car off me mate last night. He paid something like €520 for it. He lost his job last week so I bought the car off him for €150. Thing is immaculate. He only ever tried it in his back garden.
Anyways, since today was me first time ever using a petrol remote control car, I decided to ring two of me mates. Mainly so they can see it and I didnt wanna be on me own looking like a tulip running up and down the green taking the thing outta walls lol.
Anyways one of me mates had a go of it and he bet it into a wall. Its not damaged really apart from the streeting is stuck left. I noticed two sping things in under the body of it and they seem to hold the steering in a forward postition. One of them isnt moving and the other one isl so I presume one of them just slipped off or something. Im gonna go out and take off bottom protection thing in a minute to have a look.
Other thing is, the pull start cable/string is a bit frayed. Can I replace them??? Anyone know where to get the new wire???

here's the exact model of car I got
