    hope someone can help please,im not very techie, i was having a problem with my 3 usb modem so i tried to uninstall the programme to do a reinstall, but i cant uninstall it. It comes up as an error, INSTALL.LOG file not found, please verify the correct file was given, how can i uninstall this programme,

    What operating system are you running. I assume that you are going to Add/Remove programs (or the Vista equivalent) and clicking remove on the Three software?

    what's the problem that requires you to remove the software....

    have you restarted the pc/laptop? restart and try again or it may already be uninstalled.
