Does anybody know where I can get marathon training routines which describe miles in minutes. "website reference" please.

Do you mean, if you run 5k in 22 mins , how long will it take to run a marathon?

    There is a calculator here

This is a guide and it does mean that if you do a 5k in 22 mins, if you do propper training you could look at a sub 3:40 marathon.. But the training part is the key...
