    Hi,

I got the Humax Foxsat HDR last Monday.

When i opened it i noticed it had two big dents and they appear to have been made by a hand tool rather than from an external bang on the metal casing on the rear of the box. The manual for it also had signs of it being used before although it was supposed to be brand new.

Anyway when i hooked it up it would not find a signal despite i had previously had Sky HD plugged in same place and also had a regular freesat box there too without any problems.

Eventually after some waiting and reconnecting etc. i eventually got a channels but then they would work only some of the time. When iever i record a channel they go completely except fo rthe channel being recorded (is this normal?)

Anyway it seems to me to be a total disaster and its only working now and again and is not dependible.

(i bought it from an Irish seller on Ebay)

Very dissapointed in the state of itss condition and after paying over €300 for it. :(

You need to get in touch with the seller via eBay and get this resolved through the eBay site
