Favourite Scene from BSG?

Now that the saga has ended, any thoughts on what your favourite scenes have been? Obviously no list could be definitive but my attempt would be:

Opera House scenes with Baltar and Six

One of the first scenes in the pilot where a Six

kills the baby

- set the tone of the whole show to be honest

The desolation of Earth 1

and

When Baltar and Caprica 6 enter the CIC in the last episode, see the mayhem and then we see Adama, in slow motion, kicking a Simon to the ground and finishing him off

I've included spoilers for the few people who haven't seen all the episodes!

Yeah I think Pegasus had a more fitting end than Galactica. Nice way to sign off taking 3 base ships with you rather than just setting course for the sun.

Music playing as lee is looking in the windows of the ship to see if anyone is alive and you can see civy ships in the distance spooling up and jumping.

actually this could take me all day. Ill just list the main ones.

3rd last episode in season 2 when baltar anounces he is running for presdiant and then it goes to slo-mo and head six is there just clapping at his brilliance.

1 year later at the end of season 2 - i mean WTF out of nowhere its a year later - great decision.

Tigh and ellens conversation when she confesses to him and tells him why she did it.

Oh actually to back an episode

Roslin: *to tigh* No more suicide bombings - i dont care that its effective, i dont care the cylons cant stop it - its wrong
Tigh: *takes a tok* You know - sometimes i think youve got icewater in those veins and other times i think your just a nivave little school teacher...

Oooo- Ah! - back 8 episodes. Pegasus , after the meating with Cain adama and roslin sit in silence and Roslin turns to him and says "We have to kill her"

Best show on TV i could go on all day

Too many great moments to list but one that really stands out is Galactica jumping into New Capricas atmosphere aka the 'Adama Manoeuvre'

1. Adama Maneuvre

The act of dropping a Battlestar several times the size of a Nimitz-class carrier into the atmosphere and going into freefall whilst launching fighters. The Battlestar then jumps back out into orbit less than 100 feet from the ground, leaving a flaming silhouette in its place and creating a megaginormous thunderclap.

And the Tigh's day dream about shooting Adama.

The Colony opening fire on Galactica in the finale.

I also love the reveal of 4 of the 5 cylons in the gym, "Whoa!" and later on when Anders was scanned by the Raider.

What a show!

Also my favorite scene, everyone is celebrating like crazy and love adama but completly about the likes of tigh and starbuck who suffered with them on New Caprica.

Close second for Adama getting shot by Boomer.

The Adama Maneuver is class
Loved the Along tht Watchtower scene with Starbuck at the piano, still get shivers when I see it


I'd have to say the final battle is my top scene, when Galactica slams into the Colony

Its not a graceful, aerodynamic duel, like in Star Wars

Its a frakking slugfest, two war machines hammering the crap out of each other

Its the space version of an ugly, nasty street brawl, if there was a broken bottle, Adama would have it in his hand
