Buying new laptop

    Looking for advice on a good laptop to buy. It will be used for the usual internet, music, films etc but also some college work and drawing with autodesk inventor so it will have to be windows based and not a mac.
    I would be looking for something in the 900 euro and below region.
    I do like the idea of a smaller laptop although if it was a bit bigger and was quite a good laptop that wouldnt bother me too much either

    I have an Acer, I like it a lot. being a girl I can only tell you it's black.

    But it's very nice, surf the 'net, word processing, watching DVDs, all that sort of thing. I've not played any games on it yet tho' none of them work on Vista!
