The equality tribunal

    Can anybody help me regarding the equality tribunal.I had a case in the mediation form with them for discrimanation.I opted to change it to a investagation and the case was closed.
    Now i wrote into them and phoned them over the last few weeks and i recieved a letter last week saying that they will not be entering into futher dealings with me...:eek:
    They are saying that when i changed the case from mediation to invesagation that i did not put it in writing and i had only 28 days to do this.I spent a year in mediation and it was a waste of time thats why i opted for a investagation.
    Any ideas what i can do regarding the case i had of discrimanation i had???
