Wouldn't you need to know the pin first, not much use knowing the number otherwise.
Can you turn pin request off on a phone now (with a different sim), then put the old sim in?

You're going to need another phone for this. What you need to do is start with 087 and start ringing every possible number combination from your other phone. If the phone rings, it means the number you're ringing from on the other phone is the number you're looking for.

If it's not 087, do the same for 086, and likewise for 085 and 083.

Packaging? Or if you registered the phone your network probably have the IMEI on record and associated with the number and your account

Not to discolor your rep but it sounds like you mugged somebody at knifepoint (possibly an OAP or a defenseless child), stole thier phone which was probably a present (from an OAP or a defenseless child) and now you want us to tell you how to bypass the inbuilt security features so you can make harassing calls (probably to an OAP or a defenseless child)

For future reference, if you phone your network and give them the SIM number (the number on the SIM card, duh!) they'll be able to get you the number.
