Sky Multiroom with Chorus/NTL phoneline

    Having serious trouble with this!
    I ordered Sky+ and Multiroom and two "technicians" came out and tried to do the callback through our UPC phoneline. It didn't work and they were making lots of phonecalls to try and figure it out but then left, leaving me with no Sky+ or Multiroom. I have since heard that you CAN get multiroom with the UPC phoneline and SKY are sending out some more technicians to try again. I'm not letting them leave this time!!!
    Can anyone out there confirm that this can be done?

    I have spent hours and hours on the phone to Sky in Ireland & Scotland, most of that time on hold, speaking to dozens of different people, getting different stories every time. They were so quick to take the money off us and now there's a problem with the refund. I'm fit to kill at this stage. :mad: OK, rant over!:rolleyes:
