Anybody having problems with Magnet

My broadband is working fine with them but no TV or phone. The error message i'm getting is "not subscribed, Please call 1890809000" or something similar. I've pulled out an old set of bunny ears antenna older than the hills lol. The phone does have a dial tone (well, a digital one :rolleyes:) but will not call out. It's…

I've reset the router, set top box, phone router etc. Only thing I didn't reset was my wireless router. Hence typing now!
Herself lives on the phone and I walked in the door tonight with a 6pack and a new 32inch HDTV which I was dieing to watch the match on! :mad:

same problem in my apt and my dad's, only have setanta sports!! Was dying to watch the golf, thankfully setanta are showing it but what the hell is goin on?! They gone bust or sumthin!?
