    Hi all,

I'm looking for some information on headrest monitors for watching stuff in cars.
I will be looking for a number of them and want to know what are the different options available?

Saw these on pixmania http://www.pixmania.ie/ie/uk/1483122/art/innovate/2-headrests-with-dvd-divx.html#tech-specs but really i want to chat to someone who can advise me rather than just buying it off the interwebs!!

Are there ones with a built in media player instead of a dvd? Do any of you work somewhere that sells these?

Thanks in advance for any advice etc!!
    Bootz

I think there was a thread on this before....questions were raised about the safety aspect of these monitors that weren't approved by the car manufacturer

Have a look at this pair on eBay:

    http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/2x7-CAR-HEADREST-MONITOR-DVD-Player-FM-USB-SD-300-Game_W0QQitemZ230335694063QQihZ013QQcategoryZ3316QQtcZphotoQQcmdZViewItem

They can play movies from USB or SD cards, also come with games and 2 x game controllers, all for £240.

    Thanks Hellboy! :D

    Few questions still....
    1) Is there any way i can stop whoever is in the rear from removing the usb/dvd/sd card?
    2) Do they run off the car battery?

Does anyone here work somewhere that sells these? PM me if you do as i want a good few of them for our company fleet.

    1. On the ones I linked you, the USB & SD are at the front, so no.
    2. Yes, all cables are supplied with them too.
