I KNOW THERE'S A BIG STICKY ON BARRIER FREE TOLLING but I just want to ask would the tag from my car work in a commercial van or will they read the reg, say thats not the car it should be and slap me with a big fine for fraud?!

And would they do the same if I was paying the commercial fare going through in a car..?!?

AFAIK it's all done by reg now and they just check to see if the reg has a tag account associated with it or a video account. If no account is reqistered to the vehicle's reg then you need to pay the full rate.

You can change the reg on the tag. Takes 24 hrs to take effect though.
