Is there a free Kilkenny weekly newspaper?

Hi recently moved here so bear with me. I know Waterford has " Waterford today" and there is the "South Tipp today". Just wondering whether there was a free Kilkenny equivalent and if so where in south Kilkenny county has it. I'm aware of Kilkenny people, Nationalist, munster express which are weekly (but cost E2). recently moved here so bear with me.

Kilkenny Advertiser is free. Most shops should have it.
