nylon recycling

Can anyone point me in the direction of a way to recycle Nylon Bags. I work for a rucksack manufacture in waterford. we have a lot of old and broken bags, mainly travel bags that are returned broken, missing parts. The bags are pretty much useless so a charity is out of the question. any help would be great. Thanks.
