Creative: Zen Vision M - screen repairs

    Hey all, i saw an ipod thread of a similar topic, but i don't know if shops that repair ipods do repair zen's.

    Anyway, the screen on my zen has imploded, its a disaster. Its out've warranty so i was wondering if any1 knows of a good repair store. Its in complete working order...bar, well... you can't see what you're listening to.. Its all about guessing

    You should be able to pick up a cheap broken on of eBay, for spare parts.

    this is exactly whats wrong with mine,does anyone know where to get it fixed locally in dublin? or even in Ireland?

    no luck at all, i think i'm just gonna contact creative, tell them i'm a long time customer.. they're usually fairly helpful

    Please let us know how you get on, i've been less than impressed with Creative recently (although I know first hand that they definitely used to be the most helpful when it came to repairs)

    The bastards wouldn't help me with a faulty Vision W 60GB which I bought abroad.

    Said it wasn't supposed to be for the European Market, and basically told me to get to fúck.

    Totally unhelpful altogether.

    I'll never go Creative again after that incident.
