    Hi,

I don't know a whole lot about economics or the budget in general but prior to the budget yesterday I heard alot about tackling so called tax exiles and closing loopholes in relation to tax payments. can someone explain to me what the loopholes are and who the tax exiles are and why are they able to be such exiles. Also, in the budget yesterday was there anything done to tackle this problem?

    Thanks
