Was family life was better for our parents? More mothers staying at home look after the kids.

A working couple now has to work themselves to the bone to have a kid or two if they are lucky.

Has feminism been hijacked? (Dual incomes driven the cost of housing etc through the roof etc .... )

Sssh, you're onto something there :D

Yes, women have had it harder on the dual incomes and the children/family unit has suffered as a result.

The only plus since the olden days is that women can have careers once the kids are thrown into child care of course.

The real beneficaries have been creches!
