Coming to the end of the self build and was just wondering when the plumber is installing toilets, sinks etc is it usual procedure that he will also install the shower doors? Thanks in advance

in my experience believe it or not no, they'll install the shower units but you have to come to an arrangement regarding doors, but the way the economy
is at the moment i'd say they'll be glad of the extra work

Whoever does it make sure its done well... I cannot stress how much hassle this can lead to later on. In my experience a lot of plumbers refuse to do it because they get annoyed with people ringing back sayin the shower door is leaking and come back and fix. Its not that simple of a job either... Don't be shy with silicone :)

Just at that point myself. Its not part of his spec to put up shower doors. But the tiler did it for free when he tiled the bathroom!!
