    Hi im starting to plan my trip around the world for a year, thinking of heading asia, oz, new zealand, america n home, has anyone any recommedations on companies that give good deals on flights etc.... thanks

    Go to Trailfinders,
    Theyll give you a limited numder of flights within each cotinent for really cheap prices. Tell them your budget (give them an artificially low one), and theyll tell you your options. I had a very good experience with them. Mostly you get to change the flight dates for no fee if you decide to stay on somewhere.
    Theres one on Dawson Street if your in Dublin.

    You might also check http://www.roundtheworldexperts.co.uk/ and www.statravel.co.uk . Word on the street is paying in STG might save you a few bob. It means getting your own Ryanair cheapie to London though thats no biggie.
