I don't know specifically for the Power Tap application, but in general if you root around the programs folder or documents folder you can find any personal files created by the programme.

Do you want ot email one event or the lot?
I use it on a mac and export them as csv files. (File -> Export)

howya , just one event . ie email off each training session to coach . I hate to say that the SRM was easier like this but insanely hard to interpert and understand the data .

Assuming you are using PowerAgent, highlight the activity in the Activities pane, then File->Export Activity Data.

If you have selected multiple activities, you will prompted multiple times for a filename (one per activity).

okay , forgive my IT stupidty ! when i do that and save it to my desktop prior to emailing persay . When i open it ,it only opens as an exel file , and it only shows all the raw data ? like a spread sheet ? i want to have it as i was sending a polar file , if you know what i mean , with all the graphs and intervals . My coach has the power agent software so there should be no problem in him opening the said files . As you have probably guessed by now i am not too hot on the pc !!!!!!!! thanx a million

The CSV is the raw data recorded by your Powertap, in human readable form (a comma separated file, which Excel can display).

It can (presumably) be imported into your coach's PowerAgent software, where all the pretty graphs will be recreated.
