    Maybe not the right forum....

    Does anyone know if the banks are open this Friday (it being good friday)?

    AIB Branches in particular.

    Good Friday is a bank holiday, but not a public holiday, so the banks are closed, but not necessarily every other business. It's a discretionary day. That's why I'm thanking Jesus and the Easter Bunny for my boss's discretion.

    I know. I tried to pay for a stags and wouldn't work cuz transactions with aib won't happen today
