Buying Irish Rail ticket online

I want to buy an Irish Rail ticket for the Dublin-Cork train this evening.
The problem is that I've left my Credit Card in Cork. I can remember the credit card number + other details but I don't have the physical card.

Whenever I've bought a ticket online before I've put my card into the machine and got a ticket back. Can I book the ticket online and tell the person at the ticket desk that I forgot my card and give them the confirmation print out in exchange for a ticket? or do I need to have the credit card with me?

    From the Irish Rail website....

The ticket(s) may be collected by the credit/laser card holder on presentation of the credit/laser card used to make the booking. If the appropriate card is not presented, then the ticket(s) may only be collected by presenting one of the following:

a form of identification such as a valid driving license or passport, or
an alternative laser/credit card to the one used for the booking that matches the passenger name under the booking number
provided however that Iarnród Éireann reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, not to furnish any ticket to any person other than the holder of the laser/credit card used for the booking

    You should be fine:)

I picked tickets up from one of the machines on Sunday - it didn't like the card I put in and requested I enter the reservation number. Once I entered the number the tickets were printed out and all was good. As long as you can stick some card in and get to the bit where you enter the reservatio n code you should be OK.

Don't have any cards with me (left my wallet in Cork) but from what Ham'nd'egger said I should be ok though.

I actually collected a ticket (at the ticket office) I bought online just few days ago, I was only asked for the reservation number and my name - no credit card etc.
