    Summary:
As the day stretches into the middle of the night, Jack and the FBI formulate a plan to prevent further terror attacks. Events take an unexpected turn when the politics surrounding the administration expand beyond the White House.

Really enjoyable episode... It's been a great season so far..

And i have to say every scene with jon voight in it is a great one.. He's the perfect actor for this kind of character.

For me this was a relatively poor episode. At the end of the episode we were pretty much at the same point as we were at the start i.e. still trying to attack the Starkwood compound in some way.

Jack and Fem-Bauer really need to get back out in the field. Sitting around watching watching computer monitors and mannng phones isn't going to cut it.
At least we now know how the deus ex machina manner in which Jack will survive getting infected with a lethal, incurable bioweapon.

The President was also really poor this episode. At least Jon Voight seems to be enjoying himself.

This season has been reasonably strong so far with consistently good episodes. It hasn't really had any outstanding episodes but also hasn't had any really poor ones. Hopefully they will keep it up for the remaining hours.

im getting annoyed now, what the hell is is that hodges wants, there really milking this now, get on with it,

probably one of the slowest eps this season, and someone please put a bullet in the presidents daughters head, absolute time wasting caracter

Well at least we know now how Kim comes back into it.

Parts of it were annoying overall. Hodges seems to be gone mad on power. He has no chance of winning but he does have the president over a barrel at the moment. Frustrating to watch.

I still enjoyed Tony sneaking around inside the compound. And now we know how Jack survives and Kim returns. I'm liking Jon Voight in the show. I hope he stays around for the final episodes.

Not the best episode but kept the story going. 7/10

Good episode again. It was great to see Tony kicking some ass. There should be more of him doing that. We've found out how Jack survives but he's not going to go for treatment until after the final episode. Kim will probably show up soon enough and be pissed at him at first but will then try and get him to go to the hospital before tis over in order that he get treatment. Moss finally did something that wasn't 'by the book' and hit a suspect. Jack is starting to rub off on him.

    7/10.

    Liked the episode.

    Few issues though:

    - The guys Tony attacked were part of a squad. No alarm was raised when they didn't regroup. Why?

    - How is the recorded sex not worse for the President's daughter?

Yeah was wondering that myself! I guess if she goes down she'll take him with her? In any case.........RIDE!:D:D:D

It wouldn't really affect her at all, its just a sex tape

    But it'd destroy him divorce-wise

Great camera for a Motorola V3-type

    Kim is due back
in episode 18 (next week, US)

A new prediction I have is that Jack wont get the treatment, or he will, but it'll fail

I dont think Tony is goin evil at this point, so maybe he's set up to be the next Jack

I'm sure he'll get a pardon off Taylor once he saves the day

Thought it was stupid how they were so shocked that Hodges' set up a private line, when the gang from Sangala strolled into the whitegaff

The end of the recent episodes is annoyin me now, no cliff-hanger moments. And no-one important gettin killed. perfect opportunity to kill Larry today, or more importantly the end of last weeks [US] episode, but no!.....

    Decent enuf episode.

some of Kiefer's finest acting collapsing at the FBI. :-)
My prediction is that his rapid heroin detox has caused his body to cope with the virus or some other rubbish excuse... somehow I don't think he will play a cabbage next season....

where is Cloe.? I can't stand Janis..

Good Episode, good to finally see Tony inflicting a bit of harm on his own, instead of being Jacks Wingman, providing covering fire!!

I Think i'd like to see that in the next season! He has to get pardoned so...or just go rogue!

Er Jack can't die! There's another season and a film lined up.

Anyone else think Kiefer is looking old?

I don't think so, he doesnt look to have aged a day from season 1 IMO.

Well, about 13 years have passed since the first season, so Jack should look a bit older!

This was a good episode, Tony took down those two guards awesomely. But, as Octacon said, there should have been an alarm raised when they didn't report in. Nice that there's some ray of hope for Jack's survival too.

Thought it was a decent episode albeit dragged out in certain places.

When Jack collapsed in the FBI headquarters and knocked a load of CD's on the ground they should have zoomed in on the discs and shown that they were porno DVD's instead. Would've been another twist in the tale to find out who the hell owned them. :)

Well still sticking with this series but as point out earilier in the post for this episode, they are close to starkwood and then Jon Voight goes an rings the president :(

I really would have liked to see one bad guy get away with what every they are plan, possible coup d'ete on the White House. (It would be good to see John Voight as President in the next series :) )

Yeah Jack could have been left out of this episode really no point to him being there, have him in the FBI's ICU and do a split screen of his vital stats haha.

3/10 sorry. I think this is a poor season.
