Mudguards

    Hi all

My bike never came with mudguards. I can probably understand why, as mudguards look ugly and it could be argued that they add to the weight (which wouldn't make a difference to me anyway), but after going on a cycle yesterday and ending up with a wet and mucky arse and back, I decided it's probably best to have a rear mudguard!

Can mudguards be easily attached to bikes? Do you need to buy a mudguard specific to the bike you have or are they generic and attach to all/most bikes?

    Thanks in advance,
    Tim
