Changing NTL Account Holder?

    Hi, I'm wondering what's NTL's position on changing the account holder for NTL/UPC broadband?

    I live in shared accommodation and we are thinking about getting broadband but are considering the scenario if the person who's name is on the account wants to leave prior to the end of the contract?


    I'll probably ring them tomorrow but I might get a more frank answer here from someone that's been in the situation.

    I did that last year without a problem, just send a letter with your details and the new account holder, a follow up call then to confirm a few days later.
