Did anyone else hear on the radio about the company who spy on the OH for you to find out if they are cheating on you.

Really I didn't think people would go these lengths.

Is this not a breach of privacy?

They say they will capture picture and video evidence of that person in the act. ie getting intimate with another person, is this not perverted and morally wrong.

Don't attack the poster instead post your opinions on the matter.

    Thanks

where do I sign up ?

actually - isnt that entrapment ?..... sleeping with someone so you can get proof that they are cheating on their spouse.

In fairness - if someone is cheating the OH usually finds out.

I think its a decent idea - if someone wants to pay me to spy on their OH I'll charge them for doing so....wouldnt really be difficult to catch a cheater.

    .

Emm maybe you misread? You dont sleep with someone as payment for them to spy on the OH coz your suspicious on them cheating...or did I read your reply wrongly???

Its a grey area. They cant film you in the act but they can film you going into the house and coming out. Then they can film the house and if you get caught in the footage????

The funny thing is if you give them permission they can put a hidden camera in your house and film all that goes on when your not there.

Ya that's what I thought mate but the fella who runs the business in Dublin said they needed to get concrete evidence for their "clients" as a lot of them would be in denial that they are cheating. (Why hire somone to spy if your going to deny that it could happen??) So he said they needed it to be black and White, the OH walking into a place wouldnt be good enough so they say. He was implying that they take photo and video evidence of them getting intimate which really could just mean scoring the face off each other. The culprit wouldnt be going back to their own gaf with the other person so couldnt get permission.
There must be some loopole otherwise they wouldnt be advertising this service so freely...baffles me though how they get around such a senstive legality issue. I think they are sitting ducks for law suits. But perhaps im wrong??!

I know it has always been there. However, did we know to what measures they would go to get the evidence and if legal?
