sky+ not recording

    Seems like it has stopped recording....Its still waiting to record a program from 30/ march
    any help...if i reset do i lose everything?

    I don't know if this is any help - but anytime my sky+ starts acting up, (as in won't rewind or pause live tv or I can't record with it or I have suddenly no access to previously recorded list) I just unplug the sky box for a moment, and when I turn it back on again, the sky + is all back to normal, with no loss of any previous recordings or settings for series links.

    If this doesn't work check whether any of your cables have come loose
