Are we in friday?

Hey I know we're off monday but does anyone know if were in friday? Most people are saying we are but I cant find anything on the UCD site.

Well one of my lecturers said that Friday and Monday are bank holidays, so we won't be in

Depends on the lecturer I think.. I know that my lectures are cancelled.. It's on your timetable so I don't think we're officially off

I can't see how it depends on your lecturer, if the building is closed you can't get in. The only discretion the lecturer has is to decide how to reschedule the lecture. Equally you can submit stuff on Blackboard ot whatever, but the offices are closed.

We are all off. It was posted on Blackboard and I asked my programme officer. All buildings will be locked too, including the library. Enjoy!!:pac:

There is a reading room but the full library is not open. I don't think you can get books and that. This is just what my programme officer told me.

I know the health sciences library is closed on Good Friday.
What a load of crap, no need for it to be closed.

Reading Room service just means the library is open but none of the desks will be! Like it is when all the librarians go home in the evening but the place is open til midnight. I think.

People, are the buildings going to be open on Monday? Know we don't have lectures, just have to get something for an exam on Wednesday, and I'm away Tuesday, back Wednesday, so need to bring stuff with me. But no point going up Monday to find the place still shut. Don't want to have to go into UCD for 7 on Tuesday morning, then onto airport either.

Well the library is closed Sunday and Monday. Was that where you were planning on going?
