Phones problem

    Basically i got a pair of cans and plugged them into "phones 1 " on my interface via a 1/8 inch to 1/4 inch adaptor.

    However i can only getsound coming out one side/.....

    Anyone have a solution?

    hps are in the top left output at the moment

    Should have two black rings around the jack.
