    Hi all,
there may be a thread already on this.

I am looking for a wheel with a flip flop hub & aluminium rim, that will fit a road frame ( 130mm spacing ) so the hub would have spacers included ?

Anyone know where in Dublin or on the web stocks these built up ? I have looked on the net but most of the "cool" track and fixie shop seem to sell hubs only ?!?!

    Thanks
    Biker Joe

Wolfe Cycles in Kimmage have a few (or did a couple weeks back), but you'll find it hard to get one with the spacer included. I'd suggest getting a spacer pack from velosolo -most wheels will have axles long enough to fit 130mm spacing

I got one of these built last year on Open Pro rims. You pick your axle size, rim and spoke type.I got 36 spoke for commuting on city roads all year round. Not cheap (works out about €150) but best wheel i have ever owned...

I had wheelms made up by parker international, and Miche Hubs laced to Open Pro rims came in at under 200 the pair delivered, and are a fantastic wheelset

they both look like good options .....but I was thinking of getting a fixie hub from one on one, €30 ish and I have a couple of mave cxp33 rims out in the shed ...
in good nick, but the hubs are f**ked .... did 2 winters on them ....
so I could buy some spokes and build a rear fixed wheel ???
