Blacklisted IMEI

    Here's a quick one - if a phone is blacklisted in the UK will it work while roaming using a U.K. SIM? Basically I'm trying to see if a phone is stolen in origin.

    No, all stolen phones are stored in the EIR in every country.
    So once the EIR database is updated with the stolen phones IMEI you wont be able to logon to the mobile network.
