I dont have much (or any!!:D) experience with photoshop, but im curious is there definitive way to tell if a photo is genuine or not???
Or is it simply a battle of the experts?? It seems that every photo that surfaces is branded a fake,is it even worth while trying to get one???:(

Can someone with experience give advice on exactly what someone can do to make their photo easier to examine and possibly verify???

this is where i get confused about the 'experts' proving something isn't photoshopped.

If a photo is photoshoped well, using high resolution images and with time and care taken in doing so and then downsampled to a low quality jpeg, then its quite difficult to detect a forgery.

Exif data can be faked so its of no use which is why photographs with negatives (ie film) are more highly regarded than digital images.

plus make sure there arent people walking around in the background which then get mistaken for a 'ghost'. :D
