Recommend a tattoo studio in London?

I've been told Frith Street Tattoo in Soho and Evil from the Needle in Camden are good, but would love a recommendation from any experts in here :) I'm thinking a floral design in colour (have another post up with a pic attached) but am still considering options - it's for a cover-up.
