I've been looking high and low for a video of Gay Byrne saying "Roll it there Roisin" because I want to sample it. Does anyone know where I could get a video or audio sample of him saying it? :)

    Thanks!

Colette was the original "roll it there...." girl, when she moved on to other better things, she was replaced by Roisin.

I think there was another roll it there girl, can't think of the name. My early memories of the Collette era was back in the day when 'Tales of the Unexpected' was on on the other channel, we'd change over at the end to the Late Late. I used to be so scared after Tales, changing over to the familiar bright studio even though a tad boring for a child, was a relief:o.

Reminds me of my favourite childhood joke:

What did gay byrne say when he picked his nose? Roll it there Roisin
