usually they would have a chart, much like they do here - http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/Models.aspx?ModelID=33322
if you give them a call they will be able to tell you specifically.
for a road bike you want the frame to come up to the inside of your leg when you are flat footed. so get an inside leg measurement and you should be fine :D

    Hi!!!

I own a specialized ruby pro ( full duraace, carbon bars, zipp wheels ... etc)
    I am 5'0 and the frame is a ( ladies ) 44. I know I could not cycle a larger frame. My giant is a 42 ( man bike ) and my my trek (man bike ) a 43.
I think if you where to get that Tifosi bike, it might be too big for you, as it is a men xs.

When i was looking at the planet X bike, i noticed i needed a XXS bike ... :( not fun being small.

I recommend a specialized dolce or ruby to you. Linky in a size 48 or the Giant on that page in a sz 46.

Hi, thanks for the advice. I went into cycleways and tried the Dolce 48' and it was perfect...so bought it! The reach is shorter too, all in all i agree that im better off getting a female road bike. To think the lads at KTM were trying to sell me a 50' male frame that i could barely stretch to  :pac:
