    Wow. I'm stunned.

    I saw him sign on at a few of the semi-classics and he definitely looked in much better shape this year than he has in a while (at least he's showing up for races). But I never thought I'd see him winning anything again.

    He was one of my favourite riders and I've toyed for a while with the idea of writing a book about him.

    Just read his wiki.Christ thats some life.Was he trying to emulate Pantani? The story about him as a young fella sitting behind a group of older experienced riders is almost identical to a story I read in "The death of Marco Pantani".
