help with what i should do

    sorry if i break forum rules but in bit of a rush

    so tuesday had really bad diarrohea all day, wednesday and thursday was the complete opposite, friday abdomen was severley swollen but went #2 twice, same today. everytime i eat im getting severe pains and gas not relieved by going to the loo. tender abdomen. very painfull.

    bit of history-tender abdomen and lump under right hand side for few weeks--not giving too much bother till wednesday this week. very uncomfortable.

    basically- would i be better going to 24 hr gps today or overreacting by going to Hospital.
