    Hi all,

I'm looking for a good diesel specialist around Galway / Westmeath. Got a passat that had a injector replaced at the main dealer ever since its throwing blue smoke out the exhust. hopefully just timing not the rings/vavles.

If its the rings/valves anyone doing a cheaper than main dealer rebuild?? Or know where I can get a decent recon block?

    thanks

    Richard

I did, they told me the timing was fine and nothing they did would have caused the smoke.

Lost all faith in them as i later found out the injector didn't fix my misfire, it was in fact the wiring loom that need replacing! However they refused to accept that and wouldn't refund the cost of the injector replacement.
