A silly question but have you tryed tuning in the tv?

Also have you a terrestrial aerial connected to the sky box, if so what frequency have you rf signal setup 2 come out at?

    Check by pressing services
    then button 4 (system setup)
    then press 0,1 select

Now press button 4 and check the freq....you may have to change it to something else if aerial frequencys are clashing

Now goto tuning menu on tv and ensure you have selected the Pal "I" OPTION not dk or bg etc...

Tune tv to selected frequency...if the light is lighting up it should in theory work. If you cant tune the picture in try changing the channel by pressing the sky remote near it....

Glad you got it sorted, strange that you didnt have to tune it in previously, you should have done but it might be likely that the tv came with the right frequency tuned in by default.

Definetly one of the best inventions ever the ol magic eyes what I'd do without em....
