Is there a specific posture you should maintain while running up inclines. My knees have been giving me a little trouble lately after ive been doing some incline training.
Whats the safest way to run up hills?
    Cheers

To start with plenty of stretching beforehand , you can bring legs together and bend your knees and circle them clockwise and anticlockwise 8 times each way .
Running up any hill ,relax ,breathe ,take your time go at a steady pace.
Keep your back straight, try not to lean forward too much.
Build up your muscles gradually if you train 3-4 days per week it will take around 3-4 months before you feel comfortable with the hills.
Be aware of the uneven terrain and let your body go with it .
    Best of luck .
