uPVC windows - condensation on the outside!

Hi. About this time last year I did a garage conversion. The old garage door was replace with a large uPVC window. The first thing I noticed was that condensation formed on the _outside_ of the window. This didn't happen to any other window in the house. I naively thought that this might be something to do with its newest. However, this year - same thing. Only happens when the air is cold outside. Anybody have similar issues with PVC windows. No condensation forms on the inside of the window except in extremely cold weather (which is not unusal)
