Neck Pain

Hey there, just looking for advice on wether anyone has had similar experience to myself and how they dealt with it or any treatment people know of. A couple of years ago I got a really bad creek in my neck but went hiking anyway! My neck became worse throughout the day to the point where I couldnt move my head - my range of movement was probably less that a 1cm in any direction...since then this has reacurred every month or two and has caused me to miss work and has stopped me training- running weights, mma! I recently went to the physio and she told me it was caused by having weak inner neck muscles. I was given a exercises to do went back a few times to get it massaged..This worked for a couple of weeks and my neck felt great - better than it has felt in years...but I woke up yesterday morning ( after a particulary hard workout) and the pain was back! I dont think the workout had anything to do with it coz I would usually feel it go so I reckon it was the way I slept...its really frustrating me at this point as I had hoped the physio had corrected the problem

    Any advice?

I've had similar issues with both neck and upper back.......can be a right pain in the tits, esp when your trying to get some training done!

My only advice dude is to go see your GP, you may need it to be looked into a bit further.
