Hey guys, this is my first post, just looking for advice.

I'm a really amateur runner who generally tends to run for relief. Lately since our Rugby team has disbanded I've decided to do some serious track and field training for our new team which is planned to be launched next month.

I've never had any serious training or any coaching and really only run on occasion or just general exercise. Some times which I've recorded are...

    100M: 12.4 seconds
    3000M: 13:04 minutes
    5000M: sub-24 minutes

I'm pretty sure most of these times are pretty borderline average, I'm a 15 year old male.

Can anybody suggest any training I can do or such to improve my times?

    Thanks.

First of all I would choose an event or maybe discover what you are best at. Your 100m time is quite good for a 15 yr old while your 3000 isn't so maybe you should focus on sprints and maybe jumps. Maybe throws could be an option. Once you decide what events you are interested in then the training for that can be determined.
