    You can probably change the channel on the transmitter and receiver to see if it helps. These things suffer very easily from interference from Dect Phones and other sources. They also dont go through solid walls very well.

    They ONLY get interfence from WiFi or 2.4GHz baby monitors. Not DECT phones.

    They would only have range for one floor.

    Only CE marked AND 2.4GHz video senders are legal in Ireland. Some that are CE marked but not 2.4GHz are marked CE (!) or CE /!\ The other band Video senders have less range and are illegal here as they interfere with some broadband services.

    tried all channels on sender and no differance and no wifi or baby monitors about the house

    Florescent lights, and microwaves will also effect the reception.
