Where to find a good creche?

Hi i have just recently moved to portarlington and was wondering could anyone recommend a good creche. I've a four month old daughter and was hoping to find somewhere in the next few months. Both my partner and i work shifts and we were looking for somewhere with flexibility ie 4 days one week 3 days the next..Any tips?
