    Anybody know a website where I can punch in a time (or even a mile pace) and get splits for 200m, 400m etc?

    My head is wrecked calculating stuff:P

    Cheers Sungod but Mcmillan only gives mile and kilometre splits.

    What Im looking for is something where I can type in say 7 minute mile and get:

    Mile=7
    800m=3:30
    400m=1:45
    200m=52.5

    Of course I can calculate it myself but it would just be handy if there was an online calculator for it.

    www.runningforfitness.org is your man. Some fairly good workouts on there as well. Will give you 15 workouts with exact paces to go at and amount of time to rest etc. based on your current race time. Will also tell you how much faster or slower you would run if you were 1,2,3, and 4 pounds lighter or heavier than on race day:eek:. Also how good you are for your age etc.

    But most importantly will give 100m and 400m splits for all distances.
