Problems installing iTunes to IQON laptop

    Hi there,

    I need help with installing my iTunes to my IQON laptop. I have gone onto the apple website, clicked on download iTunes and it has loaded up on the laptop. When it goes to install iTunes and Quicktime, it says there is a problem and it brings it back to the start to try it again.

    I have been trying to sort it out for 2 days now and I'm having no joy. Can anyone shed some light on what to do??

    Did Iqon laptops not already come with iTunes already installed.

    Try the following

    Check add/remove and remove any old versions if any.

    Save the setup file instead of runing from the apple site then you can right click the file and run as (install) as administrator.

    Finally try installing to a different location than the defaults settings
