    Dublin Bus wishes to advise customers of the following Easter arrangements:


    On Good Friday 10th April 2009 there will be no Nitelink service.

    On Monday 13th April, a Sunday service will operate on all routes.

    Easter Parade 2009 Diversions
    Wednesday, April 08, 2009
    The Easter Parade will take place on Sunday 12th April 2009 on O’Connell Street and as a result the following diversions will take place;

    Northbound services from 08:00hrs until 16:00hrs.
    Buses will follow normal routing to O’Connell Bridge, then turn right onto Eden Quay, left into Beresford Place, Gardiner Street, left onto Parnell Street, Parnell Square West and back onto their normal routing.

    Southbound services from 08:00hrs until 16:00hrs.
    Buses will follow normal routing to Parnell Square East, left to Parnell Street, right onto Malborough Street, right onto Eden Quay, left onto O’Connell Street Bridge and back onto their normal routing.

    Route 123 northbound from 08:00hrs until 16:00hrs.
    Buses will follow normal routing to O’Connell Bridge, then right onto Eden Quay, left into Beresford Place, Gardiner Street, left onto Sean McDermott Street, right onto Cumberland Street, right onto Parnell Street and back onto their normal routing.

    Route 123 southbound from 08:00hrs until 16:00hrs.
    Buses will follow normal routing to Sean McDermott Street, left onto Marlborough Street, right to Eden Quay, left onto O’Connell Street Bridge and back onto their normal routing.

    Sightseeing Tours from 08:00hrs until 16:00hrs.
    From the City Centre via Sean McDermott Street, Marlborough Street, right to Eden Quay, left onto O’Connell Street Bridge and back onto their normal routing.

    To the City vis Bachelor’s Walk (stop 21), Eden Quay, left onto Malborough Street, right onto Abbey Street, Gardiner Street, left onto Sean McDermott Street and finish at Larkin College.

    Aircoach:
    Aircoach, Ireland's premier luxury coach operator are pleased to advise all customers that our Dublin, Greystones, Cork and Belfast services will be running to normal scheduled timetables every day over the Easter holiday period.

    Due to the Easter Sunday parade our coach stop on O’Connell Street will not be in use between approximately 6.00am and 4.00pm.

    The following temporary stops and routing will apply:

    Customers Travelling To Dublin Airport:
    All normal stops to and including Westmoreland Street and then
    Gardiner St Lower - Brown's Hostel
    Gardiner St Upper - Discount Electrical

    Customers Travelling From Dublin Airport:
    Gardiner St Upper - Discount Electrical
    Gardiner St Lower - Brown's Hostel
    Then Trinity College and all normal stops.

    Our Dublin Airport to Greystones, Dublin Airport to Belfast will continue to operate as normal and should not be affected by the parade.

    The Dublin City to Cork should not be affected by the parade, however may experience slight delays due to the expected volumes of traffic in the Dublin City area.
